Client needs automatic Batching Control System with options to choose selected recipe
The solids needs to weighed within 5 grams accuracy
Weighed Solids and Liquids need to be transferred to next stage for processing
Generate Batch reports at the end of each batch
Batch Reports need to mention recipe name, product names, weighed quantity, set quantity, deviation and batch number.
Raise alarms on fault, send email and test messages
Critical machine data needs to be logged on local and remote servers.
New recipe needs to be downloaded on local server from remote server.
