Batching and Process Control System
A highly configurable multi products batching control system built using high level graphical programming language and modular hardware from National Instruments, Allen Bradley PLC and SCADA system. Recipe can be locally created or remotely downloaded from MES. It runs on Windows O/S and directly communicates with PLC, SCADA, MES, wireless devices, remote devices through Network, USB, WiFi and Serial Ports.
It can batch within 5 grams accuracy up to 500 Kg with continuous in-flight adjustment. Alarms, Deviations, Material consumption, Recipe production, time stamp, and many other manufacturing parameters are recorded locally and updated to remote systems. Critical alarms and data are sent by Push notifications to mobile devices and through Email messaging service.
System can communicate with many brands of PLC such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron; any SCADA systems, standalone controllers, indicators, sensors and analog devices. Continuous on-line monitoring and analysis of critical data can be done on local and remote screens
User friendly screen interface showing plant schematics, status signals, weight reading, temp and current readings. Operator can choose recipe, Start / Stop / Pause system locally or can be controlled remotely through MES software.
System has different access level for Operators, Supervisors and Maintenance Personnel. It generates different levels of alarms and controls the process as desired. All reports and Alarms are stored on the local HDD and on MES in real time.
