System controls Starting, Stopping, Sequential running of multiple products at preset rate using variable speed drives. Water, Cement and other additives are added as percentage of final total feed rate. Recipe can be created locally or downloaded remotely from MES / ERP system. Recipe can be run at any rate depending on the capacity of the plant and until the desired Tonnage is reached.
With one push of the button, the system will start the Pugmil, conveyors and Weigh Belt Feeders in pre-determined sequences to achieve even product mix of products. Any deviation of set rates will raise alarms and pause the system until corrective actions are taken.
Feed rates are constantly plotted for every batch and saved for reporting and traceability.
