Data from field devices such as Digital I/O, Analog I/O, Temperature, Displacement, Voltage, Current, Power, frequency, speed are continuously updated to IIoT gateway on cloud platform and on-prem platform. Data are captured by various means – PLC, Wireles, WiFi, 3G/4G, PC, ZWave, ZigBee, NFC and IPv4 and 6 Network.
Data are used for the following functionalities
- Real time Alarm generation and Push Notifications
- Continuous monitoring of equipment and predict maintenance requirement
- Asset tracking
- Evaluate Overall Equipment Effectiveness
- Power consumption and wastage
- Detect any abnormal behaviour in running of the plant
- Detect and notify electrical hot spots through thermal images
- Material consumption and production
- Continuous display of overall plant efficiency
